Add Wall

A map is not a map if there is nothing your characters can walk, run into, or jump off of!

Once you have chosen this option, you have 2 ways to create a wall, which are either place a wall then start increasing its size using your mouse or with A, D, W, S while you hold your mouse on increasing points. If you just click on the map, you create a very small wall that cannot be seen.

In PB2 measure units, 1 pixel is basically equal to 10 units. 10 pixels will form a big square. This will come in handy if you want to conversion a lot of things such as building the wall etc.

By adding the wall, your right side (F) will show a table like this:

  • X/Y: The position, which the fixed point is left corner of the block. Used in all case except trigger/timer/decorations which is not area-based objects.

  • Width/Height: Do I really have to explain this? Yes? All right, basically it’s how long or how high is that block is, all used in area-based objects.

Material List:

If you wish to continue to change the size of the wall, or plan to remove it, use the FreeEdit tool (Note: At this point on, this is what the FreeEdit tool does to all objects).
