Map Edit Page
Add titles, description, thumbnails, polish them.
Currently the map edit had walked through 2 versions.

Map name: Your map name.
Map ID: self-explanatory.
Rank: the average rank you have got.
Formula: total star divided by the amount of people who voted.
Votes: Number of people who voted your map. You need to have at least 5 votes in order to have the preview.
Map description: Add some information on your map, to let people have the follow or a brief knowledge what is your map about.
Keywords: since the custom map search is exist, keywords will help your map getting easier to exposed.
Walk-through Video: Only YouTube link is accepted. But most people wouldn’t post walkthrough on that.
Approved: if your map is approved, congrats, your map can record KDR and change player’s rank.
Max Players: Maximum players you can apply due to server limitations.
Map specification:
Specification | Description |
Testing area (no influence on Dev Rank) | Although it says no influence on Dev rank, but sadly, it does affect a bit. |
Single Player | Self-explanatory, and this will categorized your map into “Single Player batch”. |
Multiplayer Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch | Your map is arena-based that has no perfect spawn point, or role-play based map, this category is for you. |
Multiplayer Cooperative | Mostly for saw-themed, mini-games and others. |
Multiplayer Deathmatch and Cooperative | Only this category will have a chance to get approved. |
Comments: Basically if you are a weird person that doesn’t want people to vote your maps, you can edit that.
Map source: how strict/open your map source will be. Currently it has private, friends only and public.
Map Preview: Combined with trigger action “Create Map Preview from Region 'A'”. Or else it will just generate the whole orange and simple blocks map for you when it matches the following criteria: 1) your map has been 5 votes or above 2) Only Multiplayer Deathmatch and Cooperative or Multiplayer Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch have a chance to get the preview completed.
Map Designer: You know that.
Download as…: Or replace with are origin map source which you can download and sent it to your friends, or replace it with better id with a cost of losing all votes.
